It was very long and drawn out process from the insurance, but Grayson handled the entire way professionally and in a timely manner. Working with insurance on a roof claim was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had, but he made the process easier for me to make sure I was taken care of. Out of 5 presentations I received for hail damage to my roof, Damian Wolfe of Roof Pros was the most professional. His communication and follow up were great. He knows the insurance companies and deals with them effectively. It's been a year since the job was done and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended him to several people and they have all been pleased and I will continue to recommend him.
Damien was my roof contact. He was amazing. He knew exactly what needed to be done every step of the process and walked me through everything. The roof was as done in a day, everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I would and have recommended them to anyone who needs work done on the roof.
