Roof pros was an excellent choice when I had damage from Hale. Damian walked me through exactly everything that I needed and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
Very professional, thorough and transparent service from Jordan Carlson and his team. I had some roof damage which was easily repaired and then a roof treatment was applied to entire roof to extend longevity in lieu of an entire roof replacement. I look forward to working with the team again, when the replacement will be needed. Highly recommend.
It was very long and drawn out process from the insurance, but Grayson handled the entire way professionally and in a timely manner. Working with insurance on a roof claim was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had, but he made the process easier for me to make sure I was taken care of. He stood by his work and held himself accountable for anything I was dissatisfied with. He even came back after the whole transaction to take care of a few things for me.
