The roof looks great. The issue was how long it took to reach people in order to get things moving. Additionally, after the initial cleanup, there were over 20 nails still in my yard. One of the nails went into my niece's leg and had to take her to the ER. They had to come back out 2 more times to remove the remaining nails. I understand things happen which is why Im giving this 3 stars, but definitely could have had a better experience.
Roof Pros was very personable and professional from the start of our project. They were with us through every step, allowing us to get a beautiful new roof. I have confidence in this team to complete any project on time and in budget. They left my yard clean and without any nails in my flower bed. We are very pleased with our new roof.
