Chad, and the entire team, were AMAZING every step of the way!!! We replaced 65 year old windows, siding and roof-don’t even know how old they were, and gutters!!! Following an inspection by the insurance adjuster in June 2025, they issued a check for the roof replacement. We had Josh McMinn of Roof Pro Local perform an inspection which revealed the decking and gutters were also damaged. We and Josh went back and forth with the insurance company for more than 6 months before they decided they would cover the decking, roof and gutters.
