Following an inspection by the insurance adjuster in June 2025, they issued a check for the roof replacement. We had Josh McMinn of Roof Pro Local perform an inspection which revealed the decking and gutters were also damaged. We and Josh went back and forth with the insurance company for more than 6 months before they decided they would cover the decking, roof and gutters.
