What started out as a very positive experience and interaction has become a virtual nightmare! The previous ownership of Roof Monkey apparently never paid the solar company for the removal and reinstall of the solar panels on my house (which is a breach of their own Roof Monkey generated service contract). This has led the solar company to come after me for the $3400 I gave to Roof Monkey for this sub-contract work to take place. I would absolutely recommend Eric and his crew to anyone looking for roofing or roof adjacent work in Central Texas. I recently had gutters installed for my parents and Eric and Harold went above and beyond to get us the best service. While there were some hiccups along the way, this was not due to anything on their part and they were extremely helpful even through that process, in the end my parents got much needed gutters and excellent service.
