This was a great customer experience from start to finish. I called the office and spoke to a friendly knowledgeable agent who arranged to havemy roof looked at. The next day, Israel came to my house, laddered it and checked the roof. He saw the issue and told me the office would follow up with an estimate. The proposed work was clearly laid out as was the price. I approved the estimate and Israel returned with another mechanic to complete the work the following week. Once again, Spotless Gutters did not disappoint. They came to clean my dryer vent. The maintenance was completed from both within our home (where the pipe leads from my dryer) to the outside vent. The maintenance technician (shout out to Kepler Cevallos) worked methodically, left no mess, and removed all lint from the vent pipe, including blowing away all debris that escaped around the house.
