Customer Service Review: No roofing work done! We called and asked for an inspection on the roof on a potential home after our insurance said the roof was damaged. We agreed to pay the inspection fee of $350.00. Not only did they come out the next day, but they didn't charge us the inspection fee. Wanda the scheduler and Charlie the inspector could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had had some water intrusion a couple of years ago and, in contemplating the sale of our house, wanted to get the roof inspected. Charlie was very thorough and took pictures to show us what he saw up there.
