We contacted Ron Clement from Roof Corp in Cambridge, Ontario to repair our 10'×12' flat roof which was leaking. He assured us he was a specialist in flat roofing and that we will be satisfied with his job. Ron gave us an estimate, we agreed and he started working. Upon uncovering the roof more problems were found, he called us to point out the issues and told us that the repairs will be more expensive but never gave us an exact amount to finish the job.
