These guys did a great job, new fabric, skylights, coating, removing old swamp cooler, all done professionally, and at a fair and reasonable price. I would whole heartedly reccomend this company.
Horrible workmanship. In less than 2 years roof coating peeling off. And also had a leak. They came out and patched but didn’t clean the roof first and didn’t patch all the peeling areas. I would never recommend these people.
Its Saturday June 13th 2024, and Alan was out here this morning to do a repair on our roof. Honestly, the repair had nothing to do with the roof. Alan immediately found the issue with our duct work and fixed it. He could have said call your Heating/A/C people, but rather, He just got it done. All told 15 minutes. Alan and RCS are really exceptional. This is why we have used their 5 year plan multiple times. If your flat roof needs doing, call RCS. You'll be happy you did!
Called several times for an estimate and nobody called back! Terrible service!
The office staff was very nice and accommodating. They seemed to care. The others, not so much as they exhibited poor workmanship. First crew left a mess after power washing my roof. They washed everything off the roof into my yard and driveway. This was how they left it. After the coating the roof, roof coating drips were found on my gutters, driveway and sidewalk.
