I have just recently had a new roof put on and they did a wonderful job.. They were real easy to work with and answered all. My questions and cleaned up after them selves.
Roof Cat did our roof and siding a little over a year ago. About 2 weeks ago we noticed some new water damage inside under a window. Called them and they told me someone would be out that day, no one showed and now they wont return my calls or messages. They didn't do the job right the first time, caused new damage to our home, are now ignorning us, and not standing by their work and fixing their mistake.
They spammed my entire neighborhood lying about completing work. Also, they parked their hoopty cars illegally in my yard. Do better
I would love to give them a positive review; however, one of their representatives visited our home about two months ago and provided us with a quote to repair the fascia cover. We agreed to the price, but they have not returned. I called numerous times and was only able to reach the automated service. My wife spoke with someone on the phone two weeks ago. They told her that the representative would reach out to her, but they have not called. I assume the job was not large enough, which is unfortunate because they have such ... read more
