The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. My horse has KS and went to R&R for a consultation to see what would be the best plan of action. When arrived they did a flex test on both right and left hind 1st thing with it being found that he was sound. Further test and was recommended that injections for the KS and SI would be the course of plan, that a Rehab plan to follow up. After the amount of weeks of Rehab he developed a RH lameness than he never had before. While no one is happy to be bringing their horse to a hospital, the folks at R&R make the experience the best it can be. A smiling face is always ready to assist you and they were exceptionally professional when my emotions had me trying to communicate through tears. The doctors are incredible before, during and after the appointments keeping me updated several times a day
