I think if the staff are as happy as they seem to be and enjoy their work, that this Healthcare Center is very lucky as well as their patients. The Center is not as important as a happy patient.
Just passed my 120 days, worked a couple different shifts and job duties, but all of them are great because of my time spent with our residents. They all bring something new every day that I come to work, love to see me with a smile on my face, and it's especially great when you get to know them more and work with them more. My work family is fun to work with and makes me laugh every day
WE ARE GOING THROUGH A LOT OF CHANGES, BUT THINGS ARE GOING GREAT. I HAVE BEEN THERE A YEAR AND A HALF AS AN AIDE. I LOVE MY JOB. I DO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY TO MAKE THEM HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE. I LOVE IT WHEN I AM WALKING DOWN THE HALL AND THEY HOLLER OUT MY NAME AS I WALK BY THEIR ROOM. THANK YOU DEBRA JO AND SHERRY ALSO MR LAVIE FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME PART OF THE ROOLAN FAMILY
This is the place where I found out I had a love for my elders. I danced for Debbie's dance and we preformed here and visited afterwards. Some of my best dance memories was at Roolan. I am now close to being an OT but my first love will always being an Aide! The best work family I have ever know was here.
