Super rude, the lady we had today was telling me if we are not on the bus by 12:45 she was going to leave us (Special needs people) and will have to wait till 5:00 to get picked up. Also when I asked her to move up forward because there was rain water and mud everywhere she rolled her eyes and said “what do you think i’m doing.” I hope we never get her again. Very unprofessional company. We have been using them for our school field trips for years but today they left us with two classes waiting for a bus and never showed up! At least answer our calls and tell us you are not coming! Will never use again!
