Inconsistent communication. Armando did a great job when he finally showed up weeks after disappearing from our first appointment. No text responses or call backs. It took so long we started getting quotes from other repairmen and nearly booked one before Armando finally reached back out. My case was an unexpected emergency. My heat went out. Armando fit me in, established the problem & got my heat working. I appreciate he fit me into his busy schedule.

Need better customer service, they need better communication. Would have stuck with them, but no one knew how to schedule an appointment. Told me a day to come out and never followed through. Its very disrespectful to a customer's time.

The owner states “we don’t respond to after hours calls even if you have no water”, I would not use this company. He’s more worried about enjoying a holiday than serving his customers. As a business owner it’s sad to see companies are still operating like this.

Ron’s was fast and honest about my AC issue. Seeing it was 100 degrees I appreciated their honesty about the issue and fair pricing.
