I can't speak for the quality of work...but he seems to think that complaining about having to wait 6 1/2 weeks for a quote is a customer 'red flag' for him therefore doesn't want my business. As if he'd get it now. In complaining, I gave him feedback on being polite and to at least respond if he couldn't do the work or didn't want to so as not to waste my time and could get someone else. Zero would have been a better score...but, he did reply to my 'complaint' so that's something.
