Friendly staff Everyone here is always have a smile, says "Hello" that's nice. I know when I'm told something on the cars need fixing - it does!! This place is trust worthy!!
We would not use any other automotive repair shop. This is the only automotive repair shop I would trust my car with. This repair shop is FANTASTIC; from the Founder, Ron Wilkerson, down through his son Jason and the current staff on-site. We would not use any other automotive repair shop. We will take our cars to the dealership occasionally because we have extended warranties on certain items. But everything else goes to Ron's Automotive: nobody else will touch our cars!

Great Service in Norman Ron's is fantastic. I was from out of state and ended up with an electrical problem. They got my vehicle in quickly and diagnosed the problem. They gave me the option of a quick fix that would allow me to get the vehicle repaired at home and get me back on the road quickly. After all of the time spent by Jason, NO CHARGE! Unbelievable and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend these guys.
Genuine service! Excellent service and honesty. A little while ago, my friend backed into my car and made a big dent in my door. The cost of repairing it would have been more than the car's worth. Ron's Automotive offered to help me for free by hammering the dent out as best as they could, making it less noticeable. Then they suggested the less costly way to fix it further. Awesome I took my van in with a battery problem. They looked at it, fixed it, and didn't charge me anything for it because it was apparently a simple fix. Then they changed a dead headlamp for me and it was cheap. They're awesome. Nice guys, too.
price is right i took my car here to have it worked on not only was it taken care of in the same day and my bill did not break the bank. if you have car problems i think you should give them a call.
Very Good Would highly recommend Rons Automotive. They have very quick turn around times on their work. They are friendly, helpful and conservative in their estimates - they don't do more than is necessary. Reasonable prices.
Trust worthy This facility is trust worthy. You may very well trust them if you put your car under their care. I have used them for car repair. They do not charge for what is not required to be fixed. They will let you know up front what need to be fixed if they do find what needs to be fixed. Their pricing is reasonable also.
