I've used Ron a couple of times. The first was to replace my duct work. They gave me an estimate which was higher than one I received from a private contractor. I told them of my lower estimate and they matched it. Nice! Most recently, I had a routine service done on my air conditioning unit. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was delighted that they do service calls on Sundays. Ron arrived within the first half hour of the three hour time frame and did his thing.
