I exclusively use Home Serve (service contractor) to fix all my air condition/heating problems. Recently , Home Serve sent a 3rd party company,Nest Mechanical LLC to my home to fix my air condition unit. The mechanic from the third party company arrived to my house to assess the problem with my air condition. The mechanic did not fix the problem and left my house abruptly not providing any details on a plan of action or remedy for the air condition. My home warranty company assigned my recent work order to Nest. I had the absolute best experience with Ron from Nest! Not only did he come the next day, but diagnosed the problem quickly. He said he was going to find the part and call me back. He not only found the part locally, but came back *the same day* and fixed it. By far the best experience I have had with a contractor. I will request him from now on from my home warranty company. Five stars!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ron to get my parent's range repaired. I found him to be knowledgeable and helpful. Also, when having to order a part, he kept me up to date as to his progress. We will call him again. JF

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Ron came into my house and initiated a phone call with someone else before he even entered the doorway, and told me to hold on. He then started adjusting my thermostat while asking what the issue was. I attemped 3 times to tell Ron what the issue was, while being interupted each time. By the time he saw my face change to that of irritation, he asked if there was an issue. I had to assertively tell him to shut up and listen to me so that I could explain the problem. Nest Mechanical was assigned by my home warranty company to come out and fix my oven. Ron was professional when calling to set up the appointment (which was the very next day), arrived right on time and was able to identify the problem quickly. The part needed to be ordered and Ron kept me advised of the timeline and was out to repair 1st thing in the morning 2 days later. He not only had it working quickly but noticed that the door into my garage was not closing properly and took the time to see if he could fix that for me ... read more
