Great service...
First advice....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... We were assigned Ron Poore through a home warranty company and though he seemed nice, BEWARE! He went up in the attic and took a picture of our unit and claimed the parts in the picture were mismatched but he could get them warrantied out. Turns out the picture he took was of normal parts of the unit and they were never changed or fixed by the company that had to clean up after him.
