We called to get our roof inspected and he said he'd be here within a week and never showed up. So we called to ask about it and he said he'd be here tomorrow. We waited around all day and he never showed up. We called to ask what's going on and he never answered and never called us back to explain. Very disappointed!!
This is the second roof Eric Ronningen has done for us. He and his crew were always easy to talk to and great in every way. We very much appreciate the hard work and finished product!
