CC&BW I was visiting family and had engine trouble, Ronnie's was the closest shop available. They quickly discovered the problem even stayed open late to complete the repair. The repair cost was on par, the best part was the good old fashion customer service they provided. Come to find out my cousins have been going to Ronnie's for years and will continue to be loyal customers. We give them an A+.
Betrayed after years of loyalty! Ive gone to Ronnies for the last 22 years, all of my family and all of our friends have all been BIG Ronnie fans. He always took us without appointment, drove us home if needed but that all changed. I brought my new car into Ronnies for an oil change, was told I had a transmition leak that was BAD!!! I told Ronnie that I was taking the car home and I'll call him (we didn't have the $ to fix it) After taking it to the dealer they told us there was NO leak and that the car was fine. Wonderful Service & Care I just wanted to come on here and say that Ronnies Auto is a great place. I came on line to look up his shop phone number and saw some of the reviews or should I say "so called reviews" of people with bad news or experiences...right. It would probably be an auto shop down the street writing something on here, because Ronnie's is extremly profesional, respectful, and very accomadating. Susan R Ronnie's To The Rescue... I had a problem with the front end of my car and took it to 2 other repair shops in the Billerica area over a two week period, neither shop could find anything wrong. I took it to Ronnie's and they disovered that there was a chunck missing from one of my front tires. They showed me the problem, suggested the proper tire replacement and now my car runs fine. I'm very glad my neighbor suggested Ronnie's and highly recommend them for service. Nice guys too.
Stay far, far away Years ago I brought my minivan there for a "clunking" engine noise. They told me I had to replace 3 out of the 4 motor mounts, $450.00. I called another mechanic to get a ballpark on replacing the 3 motor mounts and was told that there was no way 3 out of four needed to be replaced and to bring it in. They showed me my motor mounts, the 2 on the side are up high and solid as a rock. Only the front one needed to be replaced, $75.00. So I swear off Ronnie's. Ronnie's Automotive Ronnie's Automotive sucks -- i never learn till now after an oil change -- he hates coupons -- my engine has no oil after a month in it from regular driving, found it from engine noise. lived in and out of town, came back and found he still sucks -- i needed tires at oil change he say -- got inspection sticker and tires okay in bedord. avoid this place at all costs
