I had my tires replaced and aligned at Ronnie Watkins this week. Steve was awesome and made it so very easy for me. I dropped my car off and a friend and I went to lunch then it was ready by the time we were finished. It didn't even put a wrinkle in my very busy schedule and that's very important to me! I would definitely recommend Ronnie Watkins service department!! Thanks for a great experience, guys!

Would not recommend to any of my friends or associates to purchase vehicles from here. Service was substandard and they hold out to outlast warranty instead of fixing the problem before it snowballs out of control passing cost to customers instead of doing the right thing. They should reconsider service management.
The service was wonderful, Jarus Rawls is a wonderful salesman that goes out of his way to make buying a car smooth and easy.
