The Service Representative that greeted me was professional and helpful. He gave me an accurate and realistic timeline for the service. He also told others that came in after me the real time it may take if they waited. Since I waited, I was able to watch the team methodically manage the workflow and they all stayed busy. My service took about 1 hour and 10 minutes - on target with the expectations. The truck feels better with clean oil and rotated tires. Thanks y'all, I'll be back again.

I have to say that Ronnie Thompson Ford is the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion back in January of this year and was treated like a member of the family by everyone there. Today I took my car in for a minor repair and again was treated with the same respect that I received when I purchased my car. Drove from Knoxville to buy a 2011 Mustang convertible. First impression was the physical layout. Modern, spotless, a museum of attifacts, friendly approachable people. I am an advanced mature man who has bought countless cars. This was the grandest total experience I have ever had. Bob Handell was my salesman. A gentleman. No pressure.
The most pleasant new vehicle purchase we've made. Barry Carver and the staff were wonderful to work and stayed late on a Friday to take care of us. They offer a very good selection of F Series trucks. I would highly recommend Ronnie Thompson Ford to anyone looking for a new car or truck.

I drive out of my way to get my Escape serviced at Ronnie Thompson Ford instead of the dealership in my own town. They have never disappointed me. The service department is always prompt and organized (unlike the local dealership.) When it's time to trade, I'll definitely check Ronnie Thompson Ford first.
