Always a great time staff is great
The best Japanese food so far in Anchorage. Very good service and really fast.
I have been a regular at Ronnies’s for 3 years, eating there at least once a week. I had my last trip to Ronnies’s on Friday, March 30. The food was nasty and the service was non existent. Oysters were rotten, appetizers were mushy and the boat contained fish that was well past it’s prime. I once felt as a welcome regular, I left feeling as though I was an inconvenience to the servers. Soooo terrible. The staff was extremely unfriendly. We had 2 children with us and and they would not do lunch portions and prices for the kids. They were required to order off the dinner menu. The waitress took 15 minutes to come to our table when only one other customer was in the place. Then was very rude. For a business that appears to be going out of business they could have been more accommodation. We walked out. Sorry, I’ll give my hard earned money to someone else.
There service was good, and the food was amazing! The chef really was great to us!

Food is always good, but me and my son are the only customers eating at the restaurant and they refuse to put the football game on. Only espn. Very disappointed in the customer service on that
I'm not sure the negative reviews lately. I've been going to Ronnie sushi a couple times a month the last 4 months I think. And every time I've had nice service. Went Friday night they were pretty slammed and service was slower than usual but still everything was what I expected it would be. The sushi is really good and my kid loves their tempura udon.
