I had what seemed to be a blown disc in the L5 area. After one session of decompression and guidance on stretching techniques, my L5 area has NOT given me any problems (6 months) I will be seeing him in the next week for another decompression. Dr. Douglas takes the time to tell you what he's doing and what the benefits are. In pain, go see Dr. Douglas!!
