Poor management and care of property. Parkade door was stuck and I have to cancel Half my day of work as well as pay for an uber to get home after waiting over 2 hours for someone to come and look at it. Apparently not the first time the garage door has had issue. They tried to blame a vehicle hitting it when there was no dents within the door not to mention it was stuck a foot off the ground.
We absolutely love their service. They’re not just quick to respond when something comes up, they even check in when everything's running smoothly, just to make sure we’re doing okay. Talk about proactive! On-site, Arlan is a total rockstar^^ friendly, efficient, and always on top of things. And Kristine handles the office side like a pro, always polite and super helpful. With people like this, it’s hard not to want to stay connected long-term. Keep up the awesome work!
Engel, is so helpful and hardworking, took care of Tower Cleaners in Evergreen when our A/C wasn’t working properly. Kudos also to the tradesmen that came in to fix it and did an awesome job!! Thank you again to Engel for taking care of this issue. 😊
