On Dec. 5, a vehicle struck our store’s exterior wall. Englebert responded quickly, and assessed the situation, and coordinated with emergency services. He communicated clearly about the damage and the steps needed for repair. Hit prompt and professional response is appreciated, and timely updates on repair progress would further improve the process.
