Everyone's welcome here! Great place to go to work out. All the instructors I've had have been very nice, patient and knowledgeable. Rondi is a great personal trainer! She is a motivator and is always so positive. She gets you moving. Bill Hill teaches many classes and is the main kickboxing trainer. His classes are fun with a really good workout. Bill is very patient and takes time with you.
The staff is friendly and attentive (everyone knows your name), while the classes are challenging. There are many classes to choose from and they are reasonably priced.. I only attended for six weeks since I was visiting from out of state but in that short time, I could definitely see and feel a difference in my strength and conditioning.
