I was in extreme pain for three days after falling. The pain was in my lower back and buttocks. One visit to Dr. Bachenheimer and I felt 100% better. It was like a miracle. Thank you Dr. B.!!!

This was a terrible experience for me, after I paid for her services she demanded more money after I had paid in full then sent me to collections for charges she was paid for already. What a terrible operation she is running there, waste of your time and money

I have been going to Rhonda for many years. I had to leave because she harasses me with phone calls about 4-5 times a day if I did not make an appointment to see her. I had asked the front desk to please stop calling me I will come back when I feel is necessary. Then when I did make the appointment she was nothing but rude to me the whole time. She wasn't extremely friendly to begin with but I can tell that all she cares about is her money not her patients.

Since the doctor reported my yelp review I will write another one on here because I don't support bullying any abuse is very very wrong. She is the WORST "doctor" on Long Island! I was a new patient and it was my first time going to a chiropractor so I did not know what to expect. When I walked in there was a very nice girl at the front desk who helped me. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
