Emine Zengin, whoever you are, you are not a patient. Furthermore I believe you have the wrong establishment as we are not a spa...we are a medical practice. You mention staff but I am the only practitioner and I have one receptionist and we would never deny a pregnant woman the use of our facilities. Your post is extremely disrespectful and offensive and you may want to enrol yourself into an etiquette academy.
Absolutely DISGUSTING place. Disgusting customer service. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional, rude, and downright disrespectful behavior. The staff here put on fake smiles, but behind it they show their true ugly attitudes. A spa should be a place of peace and relaxation, but this place is the complete opposite it is toxic, uncomfortable, and insulting. I’m a pregnant women who only needed to use the washroom. Lloyd's customer care and service is outstanding. Very friendly guy who makes you feel at ease. Had a pretty bad ingrown toenail and got the partial nail avulsion (minor) surgery done. Administering the local anaesthetic can be pretty painful but his friendly professionalism definitely helps get you through this necessary part of the process. I was in good hands the whole time.
Dr. Lloyd is good, nice and caring, but the recepcionist, she is very rude, always wants the things on her way, I will speack with dr Lloyd about Maria, shes is rude,
