Was looking forward to going here but unfortunately, they only seem to be able to schedule early appointments & apparently rescheduling counts as "missed appointments" according to the incredibly rude Chelsea at reception who seems to take missed appointments personally as if I have personally caused her life to suffer. Super condescending way of speaking, telling me other people could have used the spot - great, you have no idea why I missed the appointment. Dr Tam is a wonderful Dr, he listens, he's compassionate and professional. I feel blessed to be his patient.
Very surprised by this clinic and how warm and welcoming they are. The doctor has been really warm, and the front desk is awesome.
