I used to go to another location but when I called to ask a question they rushed me off the phone prior to that call I had made an appointment via website so I called tel 12 location they where very helpful & pleasant so I booked with them via website & called the other location & cancelled tel 12 is my new home 😇🤌🏾

The staffing was great. They were vey personable and professional. I just received a prescription for glasses. The doctor was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have many eye problems and he handled it with ease.
The care and service here can not be matched anywhere using any measure. I came here with the need for a prescription and found out things regarding my eyes I never even knew, plus I had my prescription adjusted. This is the place where everyone with eye issues should go.
