This is a well run office with staff that truly cares and is excellent at what they do. The patients are a multi-cultural mix of all walks of life. That's a very good sign that they provide great care to all!
Dr Shigematsu had been taking care of my parents for decades. It’s just Mom now, and he’s attentive and doesn’t brush off her concerns or hesitate to refer her to a specialist when she needs further evaluation of a medical issue, which has increased in frequency lately due to her being 89 years old. He also listens to us adult offspring and doesn’t brush us off when we alert him to any new issues Mom is having. Mom and the rest of us are very happy with his services.
I have been many, many times to Dr Shigematsu and have all always been happy of my experience there. Team is courteous and nice. Waiting room is roomy, street parking close by is easy and cheap (not in front of building itself). The Dr. is very friendly, gives his attention and answers any medical question. I goes there almost always for a quick consultation about a cold, flu or the like and get a treatment that works fine with me. I am most often able to get a same-day appointment, which is awesome!
