I'm not sure what other reviews are referring to, but my firsthand experience with Dr. Ronald Schlotfeldt was outstanding. He doesn't waste a second; every moment of the visit is focused on educating you about your medical history, symptoms, and making sure you fully understand the diagnostic and treatment process. Do not use Ronald Schlotfeldt, MD as your primary care provider. Read the other 1 star reviews and listen to them. There is a pattern. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a doctor’s appt in my 33 years of life. He was extremely rude and condescending as I tried to explain my symptoms. It was something I was uncomfortable talking about, and he made me feel less than. I have never cried at an appointment either. Immediately rude and condescending -- exudes arrogance just to spite you for being a patient. Doesn't listen, acts like you are less than. No compassion, dismissive. Listen to the reviews, do not see this doctor.
Our experience with Dr. Schlotfeldt was poor enough to take my time to post here. I found his listening skills and overall bedside manner very lacking and uncaring. He treated my son with disrespect and a poor attitude. I had to intervene on a telehealth call because of the negative tone and God complex manner that this Doctor behaved. Never again.
Dr Ronald Schlotfelt has been amazing. I feel my health has improved since he has become my primary care physician and I know I can trust him to diagnose and treat my ailments. Best doctor ive ever had actually. Just saw him today and very happy I did
