Dr Mckechnie is fabulous but if you have a problem you cannot get to him or staff members. I was hospitalized after a stroke called his office that I am a current pt of to request he see me and was told he was too busy .Hes wonderful but not able to communicate with him or staff.

My grandmother has had some issues going on and several admissions with a recent transfer to the heart hospital. Voicemails have been left at your office, with the nurse line that we were told to call. It’s been going on a week and a half with no response from anyone. This dr may be great but lack of action on their part and abysmal access to care no returned phone calls no options to speak to anyone really makes it tough. Now at Norfolk heart hospital things are moving faster with a procedure scheduled weeks out. Primarily ... read more

I had a heart attack Nov. 16 23. I was told by 10 other Dr's all of my grafts had failed and they couldn't help me . He came in talked to me and said I will fix you . I signed on with this wonderful man . They said I was gone , well I am still here what a wonderful person as well as Dr.
