One of the most negligent pharmacies I’ve ever seen. My diabetic medication is and was never filled on time repeatedly, always overdue. When filed internal complaint, there was the lip service from someone else but no real service improvement or corrective action from who has administrative power, accountability and responsibility, none. Not trustworthy for handling my health or any human's life.
Your Pharmacist Andrew referred to me as a "frequent flyer" that is a derogatory term used by medical professionals to infer that someone who is sick enjoys being sick. That's wrong and unexceptable.
One of the most poorly managed/run pharmacies I’ve ever seen. Why is it so profoundly dysfunctional? I’m talking about things like the staff literally being unable to find peoples’ medications and having multiple team members “help look” for them. It seems like it’s being run by students with no oversight
