Get directionsThe Ronald Reagan Hospital Emergency Room in Westwood is worse than any Red Cross or Red Crescent emergency hospital in a third world country war zone in Africa, the Middle East or anywhere else. We arrived at around 1pm on a weekday. We were forced to sit in the waiting room which was a small tent filled with homeless people for 12 hours. The tent was the only place we were allowed to wait or else we would miss being called or checked by the staff. Apparently homeless people use the tents as a homeless shelter. Do not go here. Wait is long. I was there from 1pm to 2am. Everything they ordered to over an hour to get. It’s terrible here and they make it seem over crowded but you walk in and hospital is actually empty
Sloppy, uninformed, inexperienced, dangerous and the absolute last place to go
Long wait careless staff do not come here they simply don’t care about patients. Wait time is sometimes 7-8 hours plus just to see a doctor
