Dr Oglesby is very kind, his bedside manner great! Front office is nice. Nurse Cricket was amazing, took time to listen and was very helpful. Highly recommend this office!!

Front staff, not very friendly.Every time I go see Dr Oglesby, I have to wait forever in the office for him to show up.My time is as valuable as his.That’s why we make appointments, I was there both times early. Only to wait.Website says they are a pcp but they coded my bill at specialist rates. Been on the phone on hold with Utica park billing…still waiting!!! Ugh!
Dr Oglesby listens to me. He is kind and compassionate. A lot of doctors would just see a fat old lady and dismiss anything I had concerns about. Not Dr Oglesby. If I ask about testing for something I feel I’m having problems with he doesn’t make me feel like I’m stupid and ridiculous, where in the past I have been treated that way by other doctors. He explains why something is or isn’t this way or that. He is a little quiet but is very down to earth and kind.
I’ve always had very positive experiences with utilizing Dr. Oglesby as my primary care physician. Takes time to listen and fully answer my many questions.

Awful. Rudest Doctor I have ever been to see. There goes the trust and security I had in the Health practice. Never again.
This guy will not listen, gives bad and even dangerous advice. Avoid like the plague.
