Dr. Lewis is a true professional who truly cares about those he serves. His staff is top notch, and they take pride in providing a great experience. I highly recommend him!
Front desk staff (Lindsey) is rude and condescending. Her manner of "customer service" was enough for me to never return after my first visit. Dr. Lewis only seemed concerned about getting to the next room. Office space is cramped and you feel like you're sitting in a closet.
Traumatized my 6 year old son! I saw Dr Lewis pacing on a phone call prior to him coming into our room. My son had an exposed nerve and the first thing Dr Lewis did was shove a pick right in it. He didn’t talk to him first or anything. Then he was aggravated that my poor little boy was bawling. Like making noises and throwing his hands up in the air. Then as I’m trying to comfort him, his exact words were “ you can stop talking to him it’s not helping.” All 3 of my kids have been patients there and we won’t be going back.
My husband and I had our teeth cleaned and checked on April 5, 2016. We were very pleased on this our first visit with not only Dr. Lewis, but also his entire staff. Excellent with thoroughness and courtesy. We look forward to having Dr. Lewis as our dentist for many years in the future.
