Extremely disappointed that I could not get more than two appointments-even when made next day. This means I will have to miss three days of work to get all of my children in to the optometrist. Then, when there was a misunderstanding on my part the lady at the front desk actually was exasperated. This was extremely rude and condescending. A front desk employee should make one feel comfortable and want to be here. I never want to come back despite adoring Dr. Adcock.
