Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
