Dr. Tomacruz as my father's primary care physician (PCP) saw him after he suffered sudden hearing loss in his good hearing ear and has chronic hearing loss in the other ear. I (as his son) had to take him due to safety issues with loss of hearing. Dr. Tomacruz saw much wax buildup in both ears and suggested ear irrigation to remove wax.A nurse did this procedure, but it was painful and little wax was removed.
