Mr crabs why do you accept so many patients if your assistant can’t even get back to all of them? Do you even do in person appointments
I had my consultation with the Dr Hsu today and he was very professional , kind and took his time to address all of my concerns before my upcoming appointment. I felt comforted as he reassured me everything will be fine. He is a new Doctor for me so it was important that I feel comfortable with him and after the phone call , I do. His assistant was very sweet and caring also
When I interviewed Dr Hsu I thought he would be cutting edge and helpful but he acted like he had never spoken to me before at each conversation which told me he was not reviewing my file. He also said if i switched to him from Dr Canio i could not go back to Dr Canio.He seemed late, rushed and overall disinterested in my quandry telling me their were people worse off than me...I then told him I did not want to see him anymore. They don’t take cash paying patients
Dr Hsu is a top notch physician. He performed an upper endoscopy for me and answered all my questions very thoughtfully. He is clearly very intelligent and has great bedside manner too. I highly recommend him for all your GI needs.
