I have been several times for neuropathy of the feet. Had all kinds of serious bloodwork and ct scan and ultrasound. He promised someone from his staff would call me with the results. Been two weeks on pins and needles. Got results from portal and wanted referral to see a physical therapist. She told me the portal was not run by them, but an outside source. The lady at the front desk, with the dog, is the rudest person I have ever encountered. When I called she told me all results were not back. I told her the portal gave me... read more
I've been seeing this physician for a number of years now and he has always been an honest and caring physician. He takes the time to assess and analyze, then answer any question I've had. I'm never afraid to question a treatment plan, because I know he will give me the rational for it without attitude or any hint of shame for doing so. He wants his patients to understand everything.
I saw Dr. Howard 0n July 17, 2023. The staff was curteous, and I had no problems setting up the appointment. This was my first visit. I chose Dr. Howard because of his excellent reputation, and my primary physician's recommendation. I found Dr. Howard to be compassionate, and caring, a good listner and knowledgeable/explains things in detail that the patient can unerstand.
The place is very professional and the Dr. H., he was the only one who found my medical condition, he is an eminence. Thanks Dr.
Dr. Howard is very patient. Although on one occasion he said, “I thought you’d be my hardest patient.” I don’t know what transpired that remark, but he’s very nice. It’s his receptionist Lori and his wife Amy that are the rudest people. Even though I’ve complained and so have several other patients, Dr. Howard keeps them on his staff. Lori has difficulty communicating. Even though it specifically says on my chart that I’m only to see Dr. Howard and not the Nurse Practitioner, who isn’t a Neurologist, Lori scheduled me with t... read more
I must agree with previous reviews regarding office staff. They are neither helpful nor even minimally polite. The notes provided in the portal are completely inadequate. No description of what transpired during visit. Other care providers have noted that portal documents contain nothing they do not have in their own records and have not been helpful for ongoing care. Dr. Howard himself has a gentle, non intimidating demeanor. He seems knowledgeable, though not especially definitive on problem and treatment.
Why is he only giving people appointments that live in collierCounty? I’ve been a patient for the last two years and I do not live in Collier County and now I cannot get an appointment with him.why ?
His wife is the receptionist and she is not nice to anyone and she needs to not be involved in his practice!
I've seen Dr. Howard several times for essential tremor. I think he and his staff are wonderful. its a very well run office. He is a very kind and gentle person who gave me all the information i needed. He explains well and engaged me in decision making. I would highly recommend him and his staff
