I went with my sister for her visit with this Doctor Hess due to her primary care doctor referred her to orthopedic for right shoulder pain, which she had previously done physical therapy before going to this rude orthopedic in westchester , first of all dr. Recent visit for new shoulder issue. Dr Hess explained everything well and no rush to get me out. Not one to recommend surgery as first option. Front desk also very friendly. Highly recommend. Had a private practice for 30 years so I know what it’s like dealing with a patient in pain

Dr. Hess recently completed a surgery on my knee. Everything went great and I am very happy with the results. I am back to doing everything I was doing before I got injured. He also cleaned up some other wear and tear issues in the same knee. His staff is very nice and they have always been prompt with my appointments. I would definitely go back if needed.
