Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did the massage therapist ask you about your preferences for the massage before beginning? Yes, they asked about my preferences Did your massage hurt? Not at all! My massage was the best I've ever had Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too.
