No handicap access or elevator!!!! Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
