I was a New client scheduled initial appt. Then they changed it twice after so I was 2 months late from being in time cleanings and visit. Nice initial visit with X-rays and cleaning and then next appt same 3 months later. Moved visit twice again then they said “office closed” until new office built. Never got prescription for fluoride filled from initial first visit and never heard from them on work they suggested with caps and crowns etc from visit about 6 months ago.
