What a disappointment got, my products went to cash, no cashier, around four employees standing around telling me someone will help me in a little bit. Unfortunately, I didn't have all day to wait for the specific employee to return. Sad, that out of all the other employees standing around, not one could help me.
They don't accept returns from other Rona stores. Purchased a closet system from Sudbury that did not work out and tried to return in North bay as I reside here, but they refused to accept it. The item was packaged in the original box and unused and purchasd the previous day. Ended up calling corporate to file a complaint and they sent me a return label to return it. Very poor customer service. Would not support this location.
Well my Whirlpool washer died after many years :( Very nervous to get a new one as loved my old one. RONA had one in stock, set me up and had it delivered and working the same day and I love it.
Horrible service, always “loosing” orders so you can never pick them up in time. Terrible
