I went into Ron Westphal with very specific things I wanted in a vehicle, researched the price, and what I wanted for my vehicle as a trade in. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience after purchasing my brand new 2024 Chevy Trax from this dealership. When I bought the vehicle, it only had 5 miles on it — and within just three weeks, it started having a loud, booming noise coming from the speakers. I brought it in to get it looked at, and every time I was told it just “needed an update” and the issue would be resolved.
