I took my truck to Webb Chevy in Plainfield because the check-engine light was on. After two and a half days of diagnostics, they still couldn’t identify the problem. I had my truck towed to Ron Westphal Chevrolet in Aurora on Friday afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the issue, obtained approval from my extended warranty, and had the truck repaired by 1:00 p.m. Saturday. Excellent and efficient service—I highly recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet!
I went in just looking for some information and was instantly greeted by Michael who went above and beyond since the get! No high-pressure sales tactics, very competitive pricing, no price haggling, and a friendly safe buying experience. completed the sales transaction in one hour. I highly recommend Westphal chevy for next car/truck purchase. One minor suggestion, how about putting in a popcorn machine?
Took my truck in because it was having electrical problems/ error messages on dash. Brought it in with a working stereo and even pulled into their service department with it on and 2 days later when I go pick up my truck the stereo is no longer working. They switched out my battery cables and charged $650ish and when I get into the truck realized the stereo was no longer working and they said as soon as they got into the truck the very first time the stereo wasn’t working coincidentally.
