Nate is very nasty and unprofessional in service. I was just asking for software update and he answers the phone what do you need like I was bothering him. Do yourselves a favor and fire that guy
I had my 2017 GM Sedan serviced here today for the first time. Zach was my Service Advisor and he was great. He listened to what type of services that I was interested in and thoroughly explained the process. I was happy with the work that was done and the price was fair. The cashier was really nice too. I will certainly use Ron Westphal Chevy for my GM service needs going forward. Well done team
Called in to ask questions about bringing my vehicle in for service. Service advisor was very rude and did not listen to the entire question I was asking and just kept explaining things that had no bearing on the question I was asking.
