My husband and I had an appointment to test drive a used car at the Alfa-Romeo site. We even received a call the morning of to confirm we were actually coming. We drove over an hour to get there. Once we arrived, we were told the car was "on loan" to someone and not on the lot at the time. Then they tried to get us to look at other vehicles. Isn't this called a bait and switch? I'm pretty sure it is. We won't be back.
