Polite and courteous. My car was finished within the time they said it would be done.
I’m pretty annoyed, it took a total of 3 days to actually get the car. The key fob which I even bought a battery for still isn’t working. They lied about filling the tank with gas. They also should have lowered the price knowing there was damage to the car but didn’t disclose that information until after I paid for the car.

We had a great buying experience with a gentleman names Jamie. I was very appreciative of how he was very low pressure with us. Car shopping with a 5 year old and 16 month old is very stressful but he made it easy for us. Jamie and his team were great to us.
