I have delayed this because I didn't want to make it about me, but I need to express my gratitude for this dealership and one employee especially. We made an appointment for our Dodge, and then the unthinkable, my husband needed emergency surgery and was in the hospital when the time came around. I went for some recalls 8/02/ 2019 on Friday morning, I work with Jonny who was my service advisor @Tonkin CJDRF .He was wonderful, very professional, they did a great job. I will recommend them 10 / 10.
We'd been following prices on Jeep Renegades, since Jeep had multiple KILLER incentives being offered through 7/31. I ended up engaging David Morrow at Tonkin. They had one 2018 vehicle on their lot that met our requests, but it was out of budget. Got my vehicle fixed quickly and correctly
All of the staff went over and above to help us in anyway we needed. It was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to be treated with respect and kindness. They helped us find the best vehicle for our family’s wants and needs. David was knowledgeable, honest and efficient with showing us all the capabilities of the vehicle (took the time to show us literally everything electronically and during the test drive how things functioned). In the future we plan to make the trip again and highly recommend Ron Tonkin to everyone.
